We are pleased to invite you to apply for our 2026 Street Market. This event will feature unique vendors
to provide our shoppers with a wonderful selection of handmade gifts, farmhouse décor, industrial
décor, jewelry, clothing, painted furniture, primitive décor, signs, garden, repurposed vintage, salvage,
candles, soaps and so much more!
LOCATION
Our event will be held in Downtown Lebanon on Vine and Ash Street; in between Second and
Park Street.
HOURS
The Street Market will be open for shopping on:
Saturday, July 11th from 9am to 5pm
SET UP
Vendors set up July 11th from 6am to 9am. Contact Rachael for a specific time or for other arrangements.
The HNB House reserves the right to not allow set up of any booth which might a) Impede pedestrians
or traffic; b) Appear unsightly; c) Have jagged edges or projections which could cause pedestrians’ harm;
or d) Does not appear to be of sound construction.
Vendors must provide own fixtures (i.e. canopy tents, tables, chairs, etc.).
Vendors will be responsible for their own sales transactions. A card reader is HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.
Common names are Square and PayPal. However, there is no Wi-Fi is at the location, so please be sure
to have change for cash transactions in case of technical difficulties.
Please note, no power will be provided. If you need electricity or water, you will need to bring your own
resources.
All vendors must supply their own trash containers and are responsible for daily cleanup around and in
the booth area. All litter and debris must be cleaned up before leaving for the day.
As we have no control over the weather conditions, come prepared in the event of rain. There will be no
refunds due to the weather.
Food trucks
1. A description of the type of food served should be provided in the vendor application.
2. All food vendors must provide advance notice of at least 24 hours to the SMM regarding planned
absences.
4. All vendors cooking on premises must have a fire extinguisher in their booth. According to Fire
Department regulations, all vendors using deep fryers must have a K style extinguisher, made
specifically for grease fires. All other vendors are required to have the multi-purpose 2A10BC
extinguisher. This includes vendors using electric equipment such as coffee brewers, waffle irons, and
soup warmers.
5. Food Handler’s License is required for at least one employee who will be in the booth at all times.
6. Certificate of Product Liability Insurance listing The HNB House and The City of Lebanon as additional
insured.
7. All Ready to Eat food vendors must be licensed through Linn County Public Health.
TEAR DOWN
Please tear down your space on Saturday AFTER 5pm when the event closes. Early tear downs will not
be allowed. If you start packing things ahead of time, you will not be invited back to our next event.
Vendors are responsible for removing ALL debris (garbage, tape, misc. items) from your space.

items have been juried and application approved.
